How It Works

1. Register for free

Experts can register their profile at Alstra for free. It takes less than 3 minutes :)

2. Wait for the perfect match

Every time a new project is posted by a Company, our proprietary algorithm goes through every profile, taking into account hundreds of variables to create a perfect match between Expert and project. In the meantime, you can take advantage of Alstra's community and access tips and relevant content to boost your career.

3. Submit your proposal

The best ranked Experts receive a proposal request to confirm interest and availability: review the project's needs, submit a pitch and your fee.

4. Get interviewed and hired

After being approved by Alstra's vetting team, the Company may request an interview to select the best candidate for the project.

5. Start working

Alstra's Expert Management Team (EMT) will fully support you throughout the administrative process! We'll take care of the paperwork, onboarding, offboarding and payments. An EMT representative will always be available to help if you have any questions or require assistance. 

  • How can I apply for a project?

    There's no need to scroll through hundreds of projects at Alstra. You will be considered for all projects that match your profile. If there's a match, you'll receive a proposal request automatically. 

  • How can I make my profile stand out?

    Always keep your profile complete and updated. Fill in every skill and all relevant information.  Make sure you mention what your are really good at and the professional experiences that made you an expert.

  • How should I determine my fee?

    Knowing how to calculate your working hours or how much to charge for the service provided can be a challenge. That's why we prepared this step-by-step guide for you to learn how to perform this calculation.
